Pretty good experience from them, left with the vehicle I wanted. Only problem I encountered was noticing some scratches and poor detailing after leaving. Other than that really good service wanted. I am continually surprised at how long it takes for service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Granted I am not a mechanic, but I have owned cars for 40 years and a state i service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Everyone is nice, the video is a nice feature, the waiting area is great, the time it takes for service is always too long. More

They gave me a fair deal with no hidden fees or surprises. We have always been Honda folks but the used Mazdas seem to be a better deal these days.
