Good experience here THE SECOND TIME after I left and then they came back to me with an offer worth taking. My first visit I worked with Tucker and he was pretty sad to negotiate with...basically didn't think I was going to buy a car and put in zero effort (wasted my time). When I returned to the dealership the next day I worked with Rob Herring and albeit the process was pretty slow because he was juggling many customers I do feel like he was one of the best sales reps. there and I would buy with him again. Had to knock a star off of the review for him and Werner because they failed to fill the car's gas tank and I didn't notice until I drove off the lot. I then asked if they would compensate for the tank and Eric Warner personally refused this after a long back and forth. Kinda sad when you are purchasing a >30k car and the dealership can't even fill your gas tank before you drive it off the lot or give you a simple check for $30 after the fact. More
