My 24 year old daughter purchased her first car last night. She lives out of state so we did a little of the leg work in the beginning for her. Rob Hering was the auto sales representative we had the pl night. She lives out of state so we did a little of the leg work in the beginning for her. Rob Hering was the auto sales representative we had the pleasure of working with. He was responsive and informative, but not pushy. He understood there was a lot to the process since it was complicated by her out of state residency and helped us understand what she needed to do. More importantly, I cannot say enough about how he was with her. The car buying experience in general was quite an anxiety provoking thing for her, however, we could not have asked for a better experience! He listened to her concerns and treated her with respect. She is one happy customer, and so are we! Thank you Rob!!!! PS The CX5 is awesome! More

Rob Hering was very helpful and attentive, from our first phone call inquiring about a Mazda we saw online until the day we picked up our new car. As we live out of town, we greatly appreciated the followup phone call inquiring about a Mazda we saw online until the day we picked up our new car. As we live out of town, we greatly appreciated the followup texts letting us know exactly what day and what time we could pickup our new car. Everyone gave excellent customer service! More
