I can’t say enough good things about this staff. I found out how good they really are last weekend when I showed up without an appointment. Lorri is always helpful and was concerned for both me and I found out how good they really are last weekend when I showed up without an appointment. Rob was great. He listened to what we were asking for and brought us to the car that matched up to our request. While we were not ready to buy the first day he patiently waited until we were ready to buy, without pestering us for a decision in the days that followed our first visit. We went back a couple weeks later and he made the purchasing process so smooth. The rest of the team at Werner were great and answered our questions and really helped make a big purchase decision flow as smoothly as possible. More
