Since I was a small child, I have had a love, and passion for Mercedes-Benz Automobiles. I was intrigued by their design, elegance, and class. As I grew older, I always kept the Mercedes-Benz brand close to my heart. For many years, after college, I was in different areas of the interior design industry. I decided to make a change after the housing bubble busted. I am honored to have been with the Mercedes-Benz brand since 2010. Initially, my focus was on Sales, and now I am currently a Master-Certified Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I am the go to expert for any technical question, refresher, or concern with your new or vintage Benz. I love working hand in hand with sales and service to give our client the best experience. I love explaining, and teaching our cars to anyone, and everyone. My name is Robert Lisi, and I am driven to delight!

The Real Deal It is hard to write great reviews of vehicles and dealerships when you first buy a vehicle; you are just starting your relationship with the brand and It is hard to write great reviews of vehicles and dealerships when you first buy a vehicle; you are just starting your relationship with the brand and that establishment. So here is a shot at telling everyone about our experience with Chris at Mercedes of Princeton. I called Chris on a Wednesday after trading a few emails with their online sales team. We found the vehicle competitivley priced and it drew us in. I figured end of quarter and month would help us filter out the salesy jargon and get into making it an enticing conversation. Chris is the real deal. We chatted for a few moments regarding the vehicle and we got right down to the brass tacks. I didn’t want to pay the ad price and he couldnt budge too much because it truly was competitively priced. Here’s what went really well: -No hassles with pitching to sell me the vehicle -Straight foreward discussion on features, test drive, and what the comparison points were between this vehicle and others like it -Patience; we had my family with us and he accomodated them extremely well to check out the vehicle and potentially get them into a different vehicle -Negotiation: We had some options and walked away with a deal that made both sides feel really good about the purchase -Turn Aorund/ Vehicle Delivery: The vehicle was prepped same day!!! -Closing: Finally a dealership where my closing was a great experience. I have had bad closings in the past and this was almost pleasureable. Chris did have other clients but multi-tasked with perfection with us in feeling liek his priority #1. Signed papers, exchange collateral, and off to vehicle education we went. What didn’t go so well: -Education: Since we bought the car and picked it up same day, everything was on a rushed time table. We wish we had more time with Robert who was excellent with educating us on all the features of the vehicle. A true Mercedes Model Expert!! -Vehicle Prep: Somewhere in our communcation we had a mishap. I asked for al dealership badging to be taken off the car. The technicial removed all badging inclusive of manufacturer. I must say that at first we were questioning it, but it might grow on us. MoP sent us the replacement decal badges and offered to mount if we decided we wanted them back on just in case. Overall, I highly recommend Chris and his team at Mercedes of Princeton. Very knowledgeable and a no hassle deal process. They are very good in making you feel that you have not walked into “just another car dealer”. The team understands the incvestment someone is making in their products and returning what is expected from a luxury vehicle buyer in service and capability. We may return in a few years if we choose to buy another MB to this dealer exclusively. More

Top Flight Sales Consultant This is my 34th car, and by always checking out more than one dealer I have found that buying or leasing a car can be a very stressful experience. Thi This is my 34th car, and by always checking out more than one dealer I have found that buying or leasing a car can be a very stressful experience. This time, however, there was absolutely no stress. This was the best, if not a tie for the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales consultant Puneet Kapoor, is a very pleasant, smartly dressed man with a laid back personality as well as a lot of car sales experience and knowledge. The dealership, Princeton Mercedes Benz demonstrated a genuine concern for this potential customer, too. This experience there certainly stood out, and believe me with all my car buying experience I can pick the best out (for my needs). Puneet was able to handle my special needs in acquiring a car. On top of everything I liked about him I was even able to negotiate a better price as we say to "seal the deal" I thank him greatly, and I wish Puneet a long tenure at Princeton Mercedes. I look forward to seeing him when I am at the dealership in the future. You can be sure that I will tell all my friends and neighbors about my great experience. Over the years there were dealerships I didn't do business with solely due to the salesperson. On the contrary, Puneet was not the least bit pushy, nor was he impatient. Puneet gave me a competitive price to begin with in order to win me over knowing Princeton wasn't the only dealership I had visited. I also want to thank George Wilkening/GM, and Jimmie Russonello/Inventory-Swap Manager, for helping me the few days Puneet was away on company business. Further, I thank Robert Lisi/Product Concierge who was assigned to explain and set up all of the special technological features of my car for my unique needs, both before I left the dealership and later as I had more questions on the phone, and a subsequent visit. Although my wife and I were pressed for time when we picked up the car Robert was very patient with us, and said there would be more tutoring for us in the near future. He said that I could call anytime, as I did the other day when he answered my questions in a very cordial and efficient way. I am looking forward to any visits I have to the service department in the future to be as pleasant, and stress free as the purchase was for me. More
