No return communication from him. No return calls until the general and service manager was contacted Had to bring the vehicle in twice back to back. Price quoted was raised by $400 e No return calls until the general and service manager was contacted Had to bring the vehicle in twice back to back. Price quoted was raised by $400 each time from $700 quote and price on message board sent and get there $1000 plus with both visits. Service manager had to intervene with the service. Not to mention on the first visit he didn't initially address the issue the vehicle came in for; he sent me a message of what they found; something totally not relevant. I just came to have the ABS reset. With more to be expressed but not at this time- my recommendation is Maybe he is in need of additional training or a new position; customer service is not working for him. More
