Mister Conway I brought my car in for service yesterday to check my brakes and a grinding sound but tech said my brakes were ok and he couldn’t duplicate the sound I was hearing . My car was towed there on a Sunday, I was not called to see what the issue was until I called & left a message. Tuesday I called to get an update after leaving 5 voice messages & 1 was to the GM. So I got see what the issue was until I called & left a message. Tuesday I called to get an update after leaving 5 voice messages & 1 was to the GM. So I got a ride to the dealership to find out about my car and was told by Mr. Johnson that he's been so busy. When I was contacted that my car was ready I was unable to get it until the next day because I was in class. I called that morning after 10 a.m. and Mr. Johnson was supposed to call a Uber for me and after 1 pm I called back and the Uber wasn't set up. I felt like I the customer was not important & had to make all the calls to get my car checked, serviced and to get transportation back to the dealership to pick up my car. More
