Mr. Johnson has proven to be a great replacement for Mr. C.. He really has a handle on his customers' needs and requirements concerning services required. I have the Harley Davidson 2012 F-150, the last great collaboration between Ford and Harley for a true truck collectors' vehicle. Ford and Harley Davidson really need to make up and get these Iconic creations back into play, ASAP. More

Dropped off my truck for an entire dsy for an oil change appointment. When I picked up the truck the oil change had not been completed and I was not contacted by Southern Ford to explain that. Robert was very apologetic and offered to do a free oil change when I brought it back, but there was nothing he could do to change the oil that day. More

Communication was lacking. Seemed to be inexperienced technicians as they could not recognize faulty cam phasers. Initial report was the were no abnormal sounds. Vehicle was in shop for almost 4 weeks while the same repair on my expedition previously only took 3 days. Workmanship resulted in the Engine Control system has detected a misalignment between the engines internal components which required additional rework and more time in the shop. More

Always had good service with this dealership but this time not good at all. About 2 weeks ago I set up appointment with Mr. Johnson to have a problem fixed with my fog light on passenger side, I arrived time not good at all. About 2 weeks ago I set up appointment with Mr. Johnson to have a problem fixed with my fog light on passenger side, I arrived at dealership only to find out I didn't have an appointment from the lady checking me in when asked who set up appointment, I pointed to Mr. Johnson who just looked at me and stared. He then got up an left his chair and went to start checking in my truck. Was informed by the lady checking me in that it could be 3 hours or longer. I was really upset because that was never explained to me, so I got a ride home. Around 5:30 I called and was informed that my truck was on the machine, and they were still trying to figure out the problem, Mr. Johnson informed he said there were a lot of codes and other downloads that needed to be checked. I got a call Friday afternoon that the truck was ready. I went to pick it up and Mr. Johnson informed me that nothing was found and nothing was picked up on the diagnostic machine because the light was on ever since I dropped it off. I asked what all this was about my truck on the machine doing all these codes checks and was informed as long as the light is on there is nothing that could be done More

Took 3 days to perform an 8 hour job. Little to no communication about the timeline. Had to call the dealership multiple times to even get someone to call me back to tell me what was goin Little to no communication about the timeline. When I got the truck back the rear center seat belt was not retracting. After I checked it out the rear trim pieces behind the seat were incorrectly assembled. More
