What stood out the most, though, was Jadeyn himself. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. The vehicle I bought had just come in as a trade-in and hadn’t been cleaned or detailed yet. After the transaction was completed, it was still being detailed, and to help get me on the road, Jadeyn actually jumped in to lend a hand to the person cleaning the vehicle. I’ve never seen that before—it really showed how much he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed up a couple of days later, which was a nice touch. You don’t see that level of customer care often, and it made me feel valued rather than just another number.
