I bought a 2023 Ram ProMaster it was listed 27k and price went up 34k made a down peyment of 3k and they never gave me pepper work to show numbers........manager ROBERT KARAS blaming a new guy they do price went up 34k made a down peyment of 3k and they never gave me pepper work to show numbers........manager ROBERT KARAS blaming a new guy they dont take responsibility. attended ok, but the sales guy promised to: Fix lights on dashboard, do a detail because van was super dirty, back tires bad, only 1 set of keys(used in bad condition and with low battery) manager ROBERT KARAS said they fired new guy and now I'm stuck with the issues on the van because they are NOT taking responsibility. They wanted the 3k deposit right away fast the same day , but now they are just playing games and dont want to fix my van. A 34k purchase with only 1 🔑 bad tires and lights on the dashboard. Shame on them. ROBERT KARAS Im still waiting for your call. More
