Worst experience ever! Looked at same vehicle early November of 2024, and had an excellent salesman Mr. Kelly. Unfortunately deal didn't work out. Yesterday, 12-09-24, l Looked at same vehicle early November of 2024, and had an excellent salesman Mr. Kelly. Unfortunately deal didn't work out. Yesterday, 12-09-24, looked at same vehicle. Doubled my down payment and original monthly payment only went down 37 dollars. I was putting up an additional 9,500. Didn't work out , but the manager made me feel like an idiot. Said I am way out of budget, I should lower my standards, this vehicle is too much for me, and I should consider a used vehicle. I am not combative and argumentative, but wow. This was said right in there middle of the sales floor. I will never come back to this business and make sure who is interested in a vehicle to never come to your establishment. Maybe to some, it is just a business, but this was very embarrassing and wrong. More
