I've had great experiences with both Charles in the past, and Robert the last few times I've come in. Charles is a super pro and helped sort out a very messy set of issues that came with a Sport Trac Adrenal and Robert the last few times I've come in. Charles is a super pro and helped sort out a very messy set of issues that came with a Sport Trac Adrenalin I bought elsewhere, and helped me find the best deals to resolve those issues most cost effectively. Everything's been running great ever since. Robert's been top notch in helping my regularly-scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and other preventative maintenance get completed ever since then. The only issue I've ever had came during the shuttle service by Mauricio (filling in for the normal driver) at my most recent oil change and inspection visit. The shuttle service is otherwise stellar with the normal driver, btw. Anyway, during the drive, Mauricio and I were chatting about my Sport Trac, and he told me about a different Sport Trac that had an even messier set of issues than mine did, which had also been serviced here. Mauricio basically ignored that I was past all the problems I had with mine four years ago when I got it, and acted like mine were the same as the ones this other Sport Trac had been plagued by. During the conversation, he told me that I should probably just get rid of it, and then later when he dropped me off, the last thing he said about it was, "Good luck." I think he meant well, but he clearly wasn't listening to my situation and was fixated on that other vehicle's problems. So, yeah, thanks, guy. I'll happily deal with Charles and Robert, but please give me the normal driver instead of the one subbing in who tells me to get rid of my vehicle. More

Iv have always had a very good experience with all the service advisors. They are very helpful and will tell you if there is a coupon available. In case you missed one.
