I always get great service when I take my car in whether it’s oil changes or something serious. Treated with respect and kindness is a great feeling. Arrived early for service appointment and they took me early. After service was completed service advisor Robert Krueger walked over and explained everything to me. He was very friendly and asked what else he could do for me. I live 40 minutes from Boucher Ford but the drive doesn’t bother me when you get awesome service. Keep up the good work guys. More

Service performed was thorough. For the age of the vehicle, and the quality of it's maintenance over life, (as should have been obvious by a visual examination under the hood!), th For the age of the vehicle, and the quality of it's maintenance over life, (as should have been obvious by a visual examination under the hood!), the "recommended" services suggested by the service manager taking in the vehicle were very blatantly unnecessary. The impression given was that of "greed" on the part of the dealership. This was further enforced by the service manager's accounting of the service ticket. We had a coupon for "20% off for seniors and military". There was no fine print limiting what services, yet the way Mr. Krueger totaled the bill, resulted in barely a 10% discount. The customer, my brother, (who has a learning disability, noticeably, and is a senior citizen), is not financially able to spend the cost of these unnecessary services charges, and, Mr. Krueger didn't seem to appreciate his customer's need for frugality. While the 'recommended' services were not 'hard-sold', the service manager made no attempt to offer a valid reason why the services should be performed, nor offered that they were not needed, only 'suggested'. This experience has soured my appreciation of the quality of 'customer care' this dealership has. While the Bouche dealership is very close to my home, thus, the most convenient service facility, I will avoid it for my service needs, and will not endorse it to my brother for his next. More

Have always had quality service with the service department, and I choose to work through Robert Krueger because he is fiendly, knowledgable and he is a straight shooter when a question is asked.
