Excellent Experience Buying a Lexus. Just bought a 2015 RX 350 from Rob LaMarr at Lexus of Melbourne. He was very easy to work with and made the buying experience worth while. Lexus of Melbourne - World Class Service Lexus of Melbourne really exceed,ed my expectations in this new car transaction. It started with Jamie Coates providing me a new ES loaner to drive w Lexus of Melbourne really exceed,ed my expectations in this new car transaction. It started with Jamie Coates providing me a new ES loaner to drive while maintenance was being done on my 2005 Lexus RX. Driving this new Lexus was a key point in my deciding to buy a new Lexus RX. My dealings with the salesman, Robert LaMarr, were very customer friendly and professional. He is a very positive asset to this Lexus dealership. Finally, the Lexus finance person, George Mendez, was most helpful and proficient in completing the Lexus RX paperwork. I purchased a Lexus Maintenace Plan due to his efforts. This is an exceptional car dealership. The facility is clean, modern and tailored to the customer. Unlike many dealerships that have the customer out in the open negotiating their deals, this one has ind clean, modern and tailored to the customer. Unlike many dealerships that have the customer out in the open negotiating their deals, this one has individual, office like environments to maintain a more private experience. Everyone encountered throughout our experience thus far has been courteous and professional and left us feeling as if our needs come before that of the dealership's. I highly recommend this dealership over every other in Brevard County. More
