Brought my car in for service and decided to by another I have always taken my '08 ES 350 here for service since it was purchased from them in 2011. In fact, I take my wife's '12 Avalon here for service as well. During the service on my ES there were a few issues found and I decided to trade mine in instead of repairing my beloved ES. I now have purchased a used '08 LS 460 with very low mileage. I have always dealt with two individuals. On the sales side, I deal with Robert Lamarr. Robert has always stayed in good contact with me and always welcomes my family and myself when we come in for our weekly car wash. I did not hesitate in using Robert again for this purchase. He is very pleasant to deal with. The second person I always deal with is on the service side. This is Brian Toker. Brian treats his customers like they are family. I will say it is mostly due to the service provided by Brian that keeps me coming back. His service is the only reason we moved our service from Toyota to Lexus for our Avalon. It is always a wonderful experience at the dealership. It is a comfortable place with very friendly people that make you feel welcome (even during the negotiation process). More
