Never had a problem in the past but I got a lemon. Service personnel really good but I was without vehicle for seven weeks and promised 2 months of payments for inconvenience. Still waiting. Easiest purchase ever. Bob Barrenger and Tim and evening the boss himself made this the easiest deal ever. Got an email from their internet team with listed deals. Found a car with a low price and even got a better deal when I looked at the car. No high pressure or bait and switch. Just great customer service. Highly recommend Larson. On the day of delivering my car Massimo Pulivirent assisted me in learning about all the options in the vehicle. Finally at the end meeting with Tracy Black As always I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. That is why I have been doing business with Larson Ford for 30 plus years.
