Great help from Big John and when it came to the paper work Tracy was a huge help! The new cars have a lot of bells and whistles that an old geezer like me would get confused with but Chris made it easy. Great environment in the showroom too. Both Mr. Larson Young Rob came out and shook our hands and made us feel at home. The car (Explorer) is great and more than I expected! I was originally going to by another brand and I'm glad I didn't I highly recommend Larson Ford. More

Mark was patient as I had a ton of questions which he answered with confidence, knowledge and assurance. He truly went "over and above'! The Escape has exceeded expectation as they have come a long way from the Escape that I drove as a company car several years ago and has every bell and whistle I could want and rides like a charm. Also, while you are signing all of your paperwork in Tracy’s office, make sure to ask about the “moss xxxxx” in the Mason Jar, they are quite the conversation piece : ) I have referred friends and family to Larson Ford, who are equally as happy as I am. Bill was great with finding what I wanted and everything was straightforward it was like Bill and I were friends for years. He was able to get me out of a truck I was stuck in and into a new Ford Edge and I love it. Dealing with Tracy in finance was a breeze she is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. She explained everything in great detail and was a pleasure to work with. From top to bottom Larson Ford is a class act and I highly recommend using them. Go talk to Bill Fairgreive he will be sure to do anything he can to help! More

Two For Two!!! I just cannot say enough about this entire dealership for many reasons!!! This is the second car in less then two years that we have purchased at Lars I just cannot say enough about this entire dealership for many reasons!!! This is the second car in less then two years that we have purchased at Larson Ford & we will never go anywhere else again! First, Rob Larson is always willing to get involved as a hands on owner. Secondly, The whole staff is so professional! My first salesman was amazing but was no longer there. However when I reached out to him on the initial first call on the second car he immediately returned my call and recommended Captain Ron Hrank who was spot on too! Capt.Ron was experienced, honest & made it a pleasant experience for us & he will be our new salesperson going forward. I also want to take a moment to mention Timothy Pellicano, the General Sales Manager, Tracy Black in Finance & lastly a shout out to Jazmyn Foster who assisted my husband with all the "bells & whistles" on his new car! The place is spotlessly clean, the service department is super efficient and even the coffee was good! :) Everyone, even if they were not directly involved were friendly & helpful & I will continue to recommend all these folks at Larson Ford!
