We had already checked out our vehicle "The Kia Telluride" on line and read reviews. I really liked the fact that he knew the vehicle inside out. He made it comfortable when he took us out to see the vehicle and go through each and every feature the vehicle provided. Then we test drove the vehicle with him still giving us how certain features would help in different driving situations. And of course Mr. Robert Laster really made it fun while signing all the documents needed. He was very friendly and made us feel we were buying a great vehicle, with his Kia commercial. More

He was very observant of his surroundings and seemed pretty good at multitasking too, because he was helping another couple and was the first (and only) person to acknowledge us in the showroom. He moved fluidly between us and the other couple and I never felt like I was waiting a long time for anything. He did not waste my time, trying to get me into something I couldn't afford or sell me on something I didn't need, which I very much appreciated. He seemed to know what was important to me (price & value) and what wasn't (fluff). Finance guy, Robert, had his s*#t together! He was fast & very efficient, like a well-oiled machine! Very organized and neat desk and office area, as well as being clean and everything sanitized, which was very much appreciated, being a healthcare worker. Very pleasant personality as well. Also knew his job well and seemed to enjoy it very much. More
