One of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Branhaven. Their staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Electric Van - Branhaven A+ My family purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica electric hybrid minivan from Branhaven. We love the vehicle and drove over 1200 miles before putting our My family purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica electric hybrid minivan from Branhaven. We love the vehicle and drove over 1200 miles before putting our first gas in the van (in town driving/first 30-40 miles has been 100% electric). The sunroofs are nearly the entire roof, resulting in great natural light on the third row seats (our Siennas have always had dark third rows). We highly recommend the flip up game and entertainment centers for the second row seats. Our kids love playing hangman and checkers (early interest in sodoku), both against each other and the computer. Our salesman, Rocco Candela, was knowledgeable about the vehicle's many safety and technology features, professional and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to be courteous and welcoming. We had to work through details of the transaction and ended being thoroughly impressed by both management and ownership. Smart and professional people that we would be happy to work with again. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, pleased to have chosen Branhaven as our dealer, and looking forward to many all electric miles! -Elliot and Ali More

Unhappy returning customer Lied to Dominic in the last week As a returning customer I'm not happy with the fact on how I buy a brand new 2017 car and they let me drive off the lot wit Dominic in the last week As a returning customer I'm not happy with the fact on how I buy a brand new 2017 car and they let me drive off the lot with the AC not working now I'm sitting in a loaner car the day after I just bought my car and the AC compressor needs to be replaced great it's getting fixed but STILL not a satisfied returning customer for the fact that they gave me my new car like this did they really check and go over the whole car ??? No because if they did they would have seen that the ac doesn't work and not have gave it to me rite ???? No more Future here real talk !!!!! "THANKS SO MUCH RICH & CARLOS & HOWARD for trying to threaten me if I was to walk away from this car it would've wrecked my credit and I would never be able to get a car or never get approved for a mortgage from walking out of this car with that being said I called Chrysler capital and was informed I have more options and I did a walk away not a friendly walk away and my options were 100% that I can get all my money back and walk away from this car these guys in this office try to walk all over me and take avenge of a 26-year-old guy well it's not happening thanks to Chrysler capital four hours on the phone and they made it happen for me I thank them so much truly goes to show how much that there snakes in that office I am more upset that the fact that they told me I couldn't walk away from this so four hours with Chrysler capital on the phone and they contacted the dealer and put a complaint in as they told me I couldn't get out of this car they told Chrysler capital that I could come pick my car up tomorrow goes to show they thought they were gonna lie to me walk all over me well too bad now Chrysler Will send the dealership a direct bill for that 2017 Dodge Challenger with no AC that they know they're getting a bill that has to be paid due to this incident this is what will happen when a unsatisfied customer gets threatened and lie to Chrysler capital sure wants to hear from a returning customer that experienced what I did truly blessed !!! I've had bad experiences in the past with that and didn't want to deal with that again. My father recommended I go and see Steve Lakomski at Branhaven. From the start I was relieved because he just wanted to get me into something that I can afford and that I actually liked and I could tell he was genuine about it which was awesome. It showed he actually cared. So overall that made the experience enjoyable which is exactly what you should get when making a large purchase. Having said that, I now have someone that I can refer all my friends and family to with no worries. Oh, and the new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee is awesome and worth every penny. Thanks for all your help! More

Bad management/ownership I first bought a Jeep Wrangler, brand new 2012, from Ryan Larson, which was a great car. Never a problem. I traded that in after a year due to gas an I first bought a Jeep Wrangler, brand new 2012, from Ryan Larson, which was a great car. Never a problem. I traded that in after a year due to gas and my 2 hour commute for a brand new 2013 Dodge Dart from Ryan Hall. The day I test drove the car it was actually dead in the lot. Should've taken that sign and yielded before purchasing this junk. After a few months in the vehicle problems began. Within 2000 miles the engine would run completely out of oil, no sensors would alarm, and next thing I know I'm stuck on the side of the road. This problem has persisted over the last three years along with a transmission that clearly grinds, rattling noises from the engine compartment, not being able to get the car into gear, any many other things. I was encouraged to bring the vehicle in to be monitored by supposedly marking the dip stick and returning within 500-1000 miles to check it out. Twice, and two different dodge dealerships later, including branhaven, I was told they either forgot or no odd consumption was apparent. Over a dozen service records later and all say "meets Chrysler specifications". I continue to break down for the same reason though three years later. Advice, " keep oil in your car and monitor it yourself" (branhaven service department). That's exactly why I bought a brand new car; so I can monitor the oil consumption every 500 miles. The service department has been nice, but at what point do the sales staff and owners step in to say this is clearly not the product or reputation we want our customers to remember? It got to the point that the service manager from another dodge dealership gave me the number directly to corporate dodge because he was out of advice for me. I have called and left voicemails for the sales managers and Robert Lavallee. I have never heard back from anyone. If only the management was as responsive as the sales staff. Eager to sell you a car, but after that, best of luck. I clearly have a lemon and with the millions this dealership makes I would've imagined they would get me out of this car and back into something hassle free. I was wrong. I will never buy another car from this dealership again. I truly recommend that you do the same. If you end up with a bad car you're truly out of luck and tons of time will be spent banging your head against the wall. More

TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK & EXPERIENCE from ERIC RYALLS ERIC RYALLS greeted us fairly and was able to find the vehicle I requested to test drive. He kept asking us what made us drive all the way from where ERIC RYALLS greeted us fairly and was able to find the vehicle I requested to test drive. He kept asking us what made us drive all the way from where we came from to Branhaven although. It was only a 30 minute drive. He acted as if we drove from Baltimore, Maryland to come check out a vehicle which wasn't the case. Long story shot, Eric stated he was going to call me by the end of the day to give me a quote on the vehicle I was looking to finance and I never got that call. So I emailed him, didn't get a reply back. I called the next day, Sunday and ask to speak to him, the lady at the front desk put me on HOLD for 6 minutes to come back and tell me he is unavailable, but she took down my contact info and supposedly presented Eric with it. Monday-Tuesday came and I still haven't heard from ERIC RYALLS. I decided to check Brandhaven's inventory on the website and noticed the SUV i was looking at was NO LONGER LISTED. But that's okay. My main point is, he stated he was going to call me back at the end of business hours Saturday to specify quotes, but never did. At least have the dignity to call the customer back and state 'your sorry but the vehicle was sold to another buyer, but we can search for another vehicle that meets your criteria'. I feel as if Eric Ryalls used me as leverage to close in on a sale with another buyer. Also, questioning me why I drove all the way to Branhaven is unnecessary. Obvious the near dealerships didn't have what I wanted or the price wasn't adequate. Would I ever recommend someone to this dealership? SADLY, NO! ---Horrible experience ever. More
