James was not only very professional and knowledgeable about the CRV we were purchasing; he also made the financing part of buying a car( which I always dread) stress free and streamlined. Dylan Young was very helpful and courteous. We had a specific request to lease a 2026 Honda CRV with a one pay lease. We traded a 2024 Honda CRV. They worked hard along with Dylan to meet my needs All during the purchase process Dylan worked hard to keep us informed and it was clear to my wife and me that he was serving as our advocate as the details of the purchase/lease process was underway. He served us very well, and his actions and professional demeanor were a positive reflection on Heritage Honda Westminster. More

I am very disappointed and disgusted by the actions and misinformation by Robert the general manager. My wife went in after talking to Robert and getting a good deal. When she got there they did not have t misinformation by Robert the general manager. My wife went in after talking to Robert and getting a good deal. When she got there they did not have the correct vehicle, and they played dumb and wouldn't give us the out the door price we had agreed on. Robert wouldn't even come out to talk to her. We had voicemail and text message proof of what we were told. This is unacceptable and we will be taking our business elsewhere. You just lost a sale! More

Nick listened intently to my list of hard and soft requirements and tailored the experience to those: he highlighted the features the different models had that met my requirements (and he led in with those). I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the salesperson honing in on feature that didn’t matter to me (I’m driving a minivan—I assure you I do not care about rim size and style). Not Nick. He didn’t attempt to highlight features that didn’t matter to me, tho he did mention key ones he felt might be of interest—and he constantly checked in with me to see if those mattered to me. Phenomenal experience. I will buy from him again and recommend him. More
