It was a very pleasant visit that day with Robert when we were looking at the BMW X1 for our daughter Dominique. What we liked the most about him is that he did not pressure us in purchasing the car that same day. He respected our decision to go home and to give us enough time to really absorb and evaluate on what we wanted to do.The next day, we purchased the car. Why? Robert was great, deal was good and we had enough time to think about it. We've dealt with a few dealers in the past and it was like a Zoo out there. They pressure you so much that you never even wanted to be there. With Robert's help and Mr. Russ in the financial deparment who's also very patient and helpful it was a smooth sailing transaction experience for our family that day. Robert and Mr. Russ are both an asset to your company.Their teamwork is exceptional. They seemed very dedicated to what they do. That is rare to find nowadays.
