I believe there should be a receptionist available for check in. As a first time customer at this location, I had no idea who my service advisor was, where he was located or anything. When returning my lo check in. As a first time customer at this location, I had no idea who my service advisor was, where he was located or anything. When returning my loaner, I had no idea of where to go to pick up my vehicle, nor was there anyone there to direct me. The dealership was clean and presentable, however that was one of my reservations; not knowing where to go with no direction. More

The service is reliable, friendly, & very competent. Surroundings are always clean & pleasant. The super nice man who is in charge of my car care went over & above for me today. I met Mr. McDonald March 2019, I had gone into the MB dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience b dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience brought my credit score extremely down. I explained the co-sign situation to Mr. McDonald and he reviewed my credit report and immediately knew that I was financially creditable to repay a MB loan. With his push and assistance, I was approved for my 2020 GLE350 vehicle loan and repaid the loan less than two (2) years. Thank you James for recognizing my credit situation and knowing that I am credit worthy. I will tell everyone to select you for a salesman. More

Robert Marr and team provided quick and friendly car maintenance service. I greatly appreciated a small gesture/initiative where they detected that my key fob battery needed replacement and they went ah maintenance service.
