I met Mr. McDonald March 2019, I had gone into the MB dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience b dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience brought my credit score extremely down. I explained the co-sign situation to Mr. McDonald and he reviewed my credit report and immediately knew that I was financially creditable to repay a MB loan. With his push and assistance, I was approved for my 2020 GLE350 vehicle loan and repaid the loan less than two (2) years. Thank you James for recognizing my credit situation and knowing that I am credit worthy. I will tell everyone to select you for a salesman. More

I visited Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring Md today and was extremely impressed with the dealership’s professionalism, courtesy and genuine caring. Our visit started with Celestin (our salesman). It is obvious extremely impressed with the dealership’s professionalism, courtesy and genuine caring. Our visit started with Celestin (our salesman). It is obvious why he has been doing this for 30 years, he cares and knows what he is doing. There was Brad Fisher (Finance), he made our day, not only did he get us a better rate, he saved us money and was very cordial. Then there was Robert Mara (Service), He went out of his way to let us know the past history of our car and what the next three services were and printed them out. Service is of particular interest to my husband and he doesn’t impress easy. Needless to say, he was. Finally there is the leadership (Jim Elefantis). He took time out of his day for us and even assisted us with pricing for a service package. Leadership starts from the top and trickles down. Everyone at this dealership is on the same page and no hassle is the theme of the day, as well as courtesy and friendliness. If you want a fantastic experience from caring people, go to MB of Silver Spring. You will not be disappointed. WELL DONE TEAM!!! More

It was my first time meeting Celestine and I can honestly say he excelled my expectations. Prior to the meeting we had maintained communication via email, which was great. During the visit, he was very welcoming to my parents and I. Dorit and the guy who gave us the overview of the car (I think Robert?) were also awesome! I always enjoy talking to Dorit and Robert was very detailed and kind when going over the stuff with my parents (who barely speak English) More
