Robert McMillan was my service advisor and he was great. He explained everything before and after the service. He gave me a heads up about the next scheduled service. I have been a Pat Lobb customer for many years, and Robert is one of the reasons (as are all service reps I have dealt with.) He has helped me out on numerous occasions, whether my service needs were l Robert is one of the reasons (as are all service reps I have dealt with.) He has helped me out on numerous occasions, whether my service needs were large or small. He is honest, truthful in his communication, and provides excellent guidance for current/future maintenance needs. Most recently my tire pressure warning light came on during my commute home after a long day. By the time I reached home I could tell a tire was going soft. My first thought – call Robert. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he had me come in and had the tire patched in less than 30 minutes. Wow! His dedication to servicing my needs probably saved me 2-3 hours of lost work time. I could go on with numerous other examples of his commitment to my safety and well-being, but let me just say that whether work on my vehicle is $50 or $2000 I trust Robert and Pat Lobb to do whatever is needed. Thank you, as always. More
