Maintenance Work I recently scheduled routine maintenance online. When I arrived at the dealership I discovered that I had clicked the wrong date when completing the I recently scheduled routine maintenance online. When I arrived at the dealership I discovered that I had clicked the wrong date when completing the online form. As I live in Red Lodge and was leaving town for a week and needed the SUV, I was concerned at the prospect that I would not be able to have the vehicle serviced as planned. Fortunately, after a wait of about twenty minutes, I was informed that a cancellation had occurred and that they would be able to completely perform all my requested maintenance items. This was a very busy day in the service department and I was grateful and impressed by there ability to perform and deal with a customer in a timely and professional manner. Kudos to the entire service area! More

Robert made sure my Camry alignment was perfect.... My Camry front end was messed up and would not track properly on wet roads. I called Robert and he set me up first thing in the morning to have it al My Camry front end was messed up and would not track properly on wet roads. I called Robert and he set me up first thing in the morning to have it aligned.. It took about an hour and was on my way. Wow! what a difference! I drives like a new car again! I always feel important when I come in for service. More

Flawless Service I have been taking my vehicles to Lithia Toyota in Billings since 2002, and my experiences with them have always been great! I loved my first Toyota I have been taking my vehicles to Lithia Toyota in Billings since 2002, and my experiences with them have always been great! I loved my first Toyota, and the fact that I bought a second Toyota had as much to do with service department as it did with the Toyota brand. More

Decent I had an oil change scheduled via phone and somehow my appointment never made it in their system. Therefore showed up and everyone was puzzled. Lucki I had an oil change scheduled via phone and somehow my appointment never made it in their system. Therefore showed up and everyone was puzzled. Luckily the walk-in gentleman was free and able to get me taken care of which I was very thankful for but I don’t understand how I can make an appointment over the phone with a gal and then it never make it to their system. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. I don’t recall their names but everyone was great. More

Great service. I have always had good service with Lithia Toyota. I wanted an oil change before going on a trip and the service department got me in before I had to I have always had good service with Lithia Toyota. I wanted an oil change before going on a trip and the service department got me in before I had to leave town. They check everything besides just an oil change which I really appreciate. The people who work there are always kind and will help with whatever concerns I have. More
