Before I left I had traded my Corolla in for a more Montana suitable RAV4 - Toyota Certified Used Car. The salesmen worked to keep me within my budget. The vehicle suffered a ding in the windshield before I left Billings, but was able to get it repaired the next day at the dealership with no charges. All my questions have been answered and I am always treated well. Highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Billings! More

Robert is thorough and organized, great people skills. I went in to have my oil changed. Also had punctured tire from the night before and they were going to fix it for me. Oil was changed but the spare ti I went in to have my oil changed. Also had punctured tire from the night before and they were going to fix it for me. Oil was changed but the spare tire was still on when I went to sign the paperwork. Robert was able to get me hooked up with a new tire get it on the rim before calling me back to have it installed he had great customer service when some of that communication fell through. More
