First time I had my vehicle serviced at Volvo Cars Santa Monica and was very happy with my experience. Robert and team made sure they took good care of me and my car. As my wife and I turned over the vehicle for service, we talked about where we would have lunch. Without missing a beat, Robert offered to get us a ride to the commercial area and back. That was much appreciated. I brought the vehicle in for 60K service. Less than three hours later Robert called to inform me the vehicle was ready. Once my wife and I were back at the dealership and paid the bill, the vehicle was in front and ready for us. Everything was very convenient and went very smoothly. Everything was uneventful as it should. That's customer service. More

I know all car dealers do this but being able only to talk to your advisor is nuts. It isn't good customer service. I wanted to know when my car would be ready and had to wait till my advisor was free wh talk to your advisor is nuts. It isn't good customer service. Service staff is very friendly and communicates well. Once they knew I'd be waiting for my car, they made sure to speed up the process and kept me looped in on timing updates.
