He said, “ why are you in front of me then?” He also brought in our sales guy and told him, “she wants to get her trade in cleaned or whatever” while waving his hands in a demeaning way. I told him I didn’t want warranty because I have a family member who does mechanic work and he said, “ and they will pay for the parts too?” honestly should have asked for another finance person. terrible person, terrible vibes. definitely needs to be checked More

My experience was ok. It was a lot of games played I felt vs. Just helping us with what we asked, we were torn between two cars and had options we wanted to explore. At one point I felt that I was burdening my sales rep. And in his words “he spent 6” hours with me… which my response was no I’ve spent 6 hours at this dealership and I’m the customer. The service division is fantastic- I’ve taken all my Toyota vehicles there for service and maintenance and have had wonder no pressure experiences. It wasn’t horrible but I never want to go through that process again! More
