My experience was ok. It was a lot of games played I felt vs. Just helping us with what we asked, we were torn between two cars and had options we wanted to explore. At one point I felt that I was burdening my sales rep. And in his words “he spent 6” hours with me… which my response was no I’ve spent 6 hours at this dealership and I’m the customer. The service division is fantastic- I’ve taken all my Toyota vehicles there for service and maintenance and have had wonder no pressure experiences. It wasn’t horrible but I never want to go through that process again! More

Completely unprofessional. Took over 3 hours after salesperson said we will make this quick and easy. We agreed on purchase price and value of our trade in vehicle. Then Sale Took over 3 hours after salesperson said we will make this quick and easy. We agreed on purchase price and value of our trade in vehicle. Then Sales Manager came with paperwork showing trade in value about one-third less than sales person had quoted. This process is decades old and makes car buying at this dealership feel like a fight. No one demonstrated the cars equipment to us and we left feeling horrible about our purchase experience. We should have walked away when the sales manager started playing his games with pricing. Would never recommend Larry Miller Toyota and will never purchase another car there. More
