For 2 1/2 years, since my first schedule tire rotation, I have had a thumping sound coming from the back left. I have schedule numerous service appointments and each time I got a different excuse, the first have had a thumping sound coming from the back left. I have schedule numerous service appointments and each time I got a different excuse, the first was 'they couldn't hear anything, the second, third and fourth was 'we don't have a certified tech here to look at it and I was blamed for not scheduling it correctly, when in fact I did call and confirm. After both were replaced for around $2500 the same problem still persisted that it went in for. After more diagnosis, it was discovered that the ECM was not properly plugged in which fixed the problem. When I questioned the alternator change out, Robert said that the alternator was bad also. I disagree with this conclusion. I also believe that if the dealership was not in the fault, I would've been charged for the second diagnosis and repair work. Which I was not charged for. More
