We bought two cars and had to take them back because of issues. The salesman didn’t go over anything with us on the cars and didn’t point out the minor damage that I thought was fixed because of CarFax rep issues. I have ask for repairs on the damage but I was told by the salesman they couldn’t fixed the damage. My opinion this is not good customer service on Pigg’s part. More

To include everyone in the buying process at Pigg - Derek Catrett met me on the lot when I went to “browse” last week - Lexus I was interested in from website was not on lot yet so he gave me his card. I messaged the online system first thing 2 days later and Cam responded that he would do his best to make sure vehicle was on lot the day I was able to “shop”. On day we arrived to test drive, Logan Howarth met us on lot to see how he could help - when I mentioned Cam’s name there was no trying to steal a sale but he checked and assumed role of salesman - test drove a Honda but expressed interest in Lexus - when it arrived later he texted immediately and I was able to return and seal the deal (with a squeal!) because Joel Raley in finance made all that possible. This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Pigg because they are honest, upright, and easy to deal with. LOVE PIGG ENTERPRISES!!!! More

The entire staff at Pigg, ENT is amazing. I told Robert what I wanted, and he found it. Jerrod was on top of delivery and making sure the vehicle passed inspection. When I arrived to pick up I told Robert what I wanted, and he found it. Jerrod was on top of delivery and making sure the vehicle passed inspection. When I arrived to pick up my new Audi, Cam was ready to make sure I was taken care of efficiently. I spent less than one hour at the dealership signing all of the paperwork and leaving with my new car. Thanks to all of you guys! More
