I was scared to go into the dealership alone but everything was easier than I expected. Mr. Charlie Ubas is one of the most helpful sales person at Toyota of Tampa Bay. He was very honest with his opinions of different types of models. He helped me get the best deal financially since I was purchasing my first car. Also, his schedule is very flexible and he tries to work with your schedule so you don't feel rushed or worried about rearranging your plans too much. If you want someone who will cater your needs, he is the right person to call! I'm very thankful that I purchased my first car with him because even after I came back just for a service, he still checked on me and how the car is. Very professional but also personable! 10/10 for him! Everyone else I encountered in the sales department was very welcoming, even the front desk person. I was able to see a lot of the inventory and test drive the car I was eyeing. The financial person explained everything clearly and was honest with me. However, I only gave 4 stars because I had some trouble with the service department. I brought my old car for a full interior detail and I didn't feel like it was worth the price I paid because they missed a lot of spots but when I brought it back, they were eager to fix it and the second time was really good! I'm happy that they are willing to fix their mistake when validated. one of the service crew was a bit rude to me in front of other workers and I felt humiliated but instead of being rude back to her, I told the service department manager and he was apologetic which I appreciated. But I've been a service customer for at least 7 years now and I've only encountered that one employee be rude to me. All other times, customer service is very good with exceptions of very long wait times. More

Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
