Robert provided excellent customer service I came in for an oil change and asked Robert to check and see if anything else needed to be done. He came back to me and explained the technician's r I came in for an oil change and asked Robert to check and see if anything else needed to be done. He came back to me and explained the technician's recommendations following a thorough examination of my 2012 Civic. The work was completed in a couple of hours while I waited - it was great not to have to bring the car back another time. Robert was great at explaining everything to me and giving me discounts where possible. Thank you! More

Quick and great service. Very satisfied I arrived with out an appointment because of a dead battery. I was greeted and told my car would be taken care of immediately. It was ready for me i I arrived with out an appointment because of a dead battery. I was greeted and told my car would be taken care of immediately. It was ready for me in about 30 minutes and had a new battery installed. The service was excellent. Very satisfied and will recommend this Honda dealership to everyone. More

Had the same Service Advisor for 17 years I and my family have had the same Service Advisor for the past 17yrs, including my Dad, who passed this year. I was handed off to another associate b I and my family have had the same Service Advisor for the past 17yrs, including my Dad, who passed this year. I was handed off to another associate because my Service Advisor went to another position within Arrowhead Honda. There has been no break in the level of service that I am receiving, nor expect.
