My name is Robert and I’m a native of the Chicagoland area but planted our family roots more than 20 years ago here in North Texas. I married my 8th grade sweetheart and have been married for 33 years and blessed to have had the honor of raising 4 daughters. My girls have all married Texas gentlemen and we have been blessed with 10 Grandbeauties so far so it’s safe to say I’m here for life. I come from a diverse background with experience in manufacturing, financial services, high end customer service, management, and for the past 14 years have been in the automotive industry. I am a person of strong faith and have served in my local church as well as abroad on mission. Each day I wake up knowing I’m already blessed and my goal for the day is to make a positive impact on as many people as possible.

Charlie was great from the beginning! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I didn’t want and presented exactly what I was looking to drive. He accommodated storing my loaner vehicle until I made my final decision. He arranged for me to drive the car a couple of days so I could see if it was a comfortable ride. They had my loaner car brought to my driveway! Charlie even offered to bring me popcorn to my place of employment , across the parking lot! Working with Dallas Lease Returns was by far the easiest experience I have had in purchasing a car. Rick and Robert were both extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. I called about a car se experience I have had in purchasing a car. Rick and Robert were both extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze. I called about a car seen on their website and we were able to do the majority of the negotiation via phone and then coming in to test drive and sign all of the paperwork were extremely fast. Kayla was great to work with! We flew in to check out a Durango they had and she even offered to pick us up from the airport. The GM is very nice and understanding.
