He was very professional, very patience with my questions, and very knowledgeable in explaining the detailed inspection performed on my vehicle. Robert is the perfect example of what happens when a business or company takes the time to assemble an award winning team. I hope the management team rewards Robert with a free lunch and parking space for a month acknowledging the outstanding customer service Robert provided yesterday. His efforts do not go unnoticed !!! I have been a satisfied customer of Honda World for approximately 40 years. I wish everybody who works at Honda World nothing but continued success !!! More
