RT saw I was frustrated with a person named Dally. No customer service skills whatsoever. RT called me to his office and took care of the situation. I was about to walk out. Overall, I am satisfied. When u picked up my new car in June 2025, one of the climate control knobs was damaged. I was told by Robert that it be ordered. Six months later I When u picked up my new car in June 2025, one of the climate control knobs was damaged. I was told by Robert that it be ordered. Six months later I kept getting told that the part had been ordered, but had not come in. It was not until I reached out to Robin and within two weeks she had the part in hand and had scheduled an appointment for it to be installed. When the knob was installed, the technician made two significant cuts in the dashboard. Robert took photographs of it and said he would be in touch about repair. I don’t feel too confident about that. More

Extremely slow for the simplest of services, had an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. Older guy at the desk is rude as well, very disappointing to have him ignore you for ten minut appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. The service department did not properly check for a leak in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was u in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was unable to be driven. When the service team properly checked the leak after the tire was completely flat, they all of the sudden discovered the leak. This department is lucky my tire did not blow out on the way home which could have caused a major accident, resulting in a lawsuit against them. I do not trust the service department at this dealership. They have attempted to charge me for services covered under my warranty, well knowing that the service was covered. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. More
