Best buying experience! Ken Levicky was the best car sales person we've ever had. He was laid back, not pushy, personable, and very knowledgeable. We had gone to 2 other Jeep Ken Levicky was the best car sales person we've ever had. He was laid back, not pushy, personable, and very knowledgeable. We had gone to 2 other Jeep dealers prior to stopping at Ferman NPR. Neither could answer all our questions like Ken did. He even allowed us to stay inside in the air conditioning while he searched the lot for the jeep that fit our wants. I've never had anyone do that before. If we had the money, I would buy another vehicle from Ken in a heartbeat. Also, I don't want to leave out Scott Poth, the Finance guy. He was patient with our questions and very knowledgeable and walked us through everything slowly...even though it was late in the evening and almost everyone else had already gone home. I cant say enough great things about these guys. More

Dennis sold my parents a car a few months ago and because they were so happy with the this dealership, we went back to get one for me! Robert and Dennis worked together to finalize the sale and we felt no pressure from either of them. They were willing to listen to our wants and needs which is important to customers making such a large investment. Jonathan was well prepared to finalize the paperwork portion of the sale and he made the traditionally confusing part of buying a car very clear and easy to understand. Oleg Minu, Sales and Lease Consultant, Scott Poth, and Robert Surarez made it happen for us. Oleg's expertise, knowledge about the vehicle that we bought as well as the time that he took in demonstrating and explaining the features of the vehicle was very helpful. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We wanted a decal for the hood of the vehicle, which had to be special ordered and he has called us several times to provide status of the order of that as well as to see if we had any questions about the vehicle.
