2 1/2 hrs with an appointment for an oil change, for me is unacceptable especially when I have to drive 45 mins to get there. I was told 1 1/2 hrs at drop off, which I also found a bit long as I had used a is unacceptable especially when I have to drive 45 mins to get there. I was told 1 1/2 hrs at drop off, which I also found a bit long as I had used a different dealership for my Camry in the past and NEVER had to wait that long. I was not given a reason for the lengthy wait time or any kind of communication or acknowledgement for it. I will be looking to find a different place for service. More

When I returned the loaner vehicle, they found there was a damage to the front bumper. The damage was not bad, but I felt like I was treated like a criminal. Okay, here is a multi part review: 1. Robert, the tech who checked us in, was excellent. 2. Robert, sending the video clips was a nice touch. In short, the service department rocked! We had a list of things we needed answered. The young lady who joined us in the car and helped set up Android auto was very pleasant. She also helped with several other "functional" questions. 4. But none of your sales folks could answer this question: How do I set up the radio so it DOES NOT automatically turn on when I start the car? The 3 I asked could not tell me how. But I have a friend with the same make/model car, and his radio stays off until it is turned on. 5. The salesforce is young. They tried to help. They were universally nice. 6. The sales force needs a "fact sheet" (aka database) where every question they answer is logged so the next person who is asked a similar question asked can immediately call it up if they don't know the answer. More
