The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Robert Thomas, aka P’Nut, and the sales manager Chris Zepiora. Their honest, pressure-free salesmanship was unbelievable! They have great prices and excellent trade-in deals. They made sure we were comfortable and offered us snacks and drinks. They even have a cooler stocked with Klondike bars! We also enjoyed our SRT chat with Jeff Christman and man, does he know his cars! We breezed right through the finance department with the expertise of Brad Gingrich who offered but did not pressure us into purchasing the “extras”. Easiest Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had From the moment I set foot on the lot "P-Nut" was very helpful. He got me out on a test drive quickly and directed me on a route that allowed me to From the moment I set foot on the lot "P-Nut" was very helpful. He got me out on a test drive quickly and directed me on a route that allowed me to open up the Dodge Daytona 392 so I could experience for myself the "wow moment" of the 385 hp. He helped point out some of the vehicle's key features during the test drive so that I could appreciate the thought and care that Dodge put into packaging the Daytona as a fun yet civilized car. Back at the dealership he quickly retrieved my information from the internet service group (kudos to Jessica and Natasha as well) and had an offer put together within about 15 minutes. He was not discouraged and did not pressure me in any way when I told him i'd have to come back later with my wife. We arrived back at the dealership around 4:45, which was 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Again we were not pressure to buy or make a quick decision. Truly the car sold itself - what a wonderful piece of machinery! Although it was already after closing P-Nut and Jose Maradey got the paperwork put together quickly including the loan paperwork. I want to complement Jose for not pressuring us to buy a lot of additional warranty products during the finance paperwork signing. We were out of the dealership by 6:00 with the new car! P-Nut even stayed later to help me set up the UConnect! As the title says: easiest car buying experience I've ever had. More
