Best Ford Dealer Around-Period! I have had the great fortune to purchase nine vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford. My latest purchase a 2015 Expedition-King Ranch, was delivered on 12/8/20 I have had the great fortune to purchase nine vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford. My latest purchase a 2015 Expedition-King Ranch, was delivered on 12/8/2014. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the staff at Fair Oaks. I have worked with Craig Holsman on all of my vehicle purchases and Craig has done a terrific job. Craig is honest, hardworking and easy to talk to when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Craig is my go to person when I want to purchase a vehicle. I also want to give a shout out to Serafin Castelan. Serafin has helped in the delivery of my last few vehicles and he has done a great job getting me through the process. I appreciate the hard work he does and his help explaining today's vehicle technology and how it works is tremendous. Without Craig and Serafin, Fair Oaks Ford would not be the same place. This has been a great process for not only me but my wife as well ( who doesn't like dealing with the whole car buying process). I've spent the better part of the fall researching and reviewing cars. Last week I decided to just stop into Fair Oaks (Since I drive past everyday). Immediately I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a handshake from my sales consultant. (Dan S.) He took the time to listen to what I wanted and got me to the car I was looking for with no delay. I test drove and the experience got better. His knowledge of the product was fantastic. He didn't put down the competition, he showed how his cars matched or delivered a different approach to the other guy. The advertised price was great!! I spent the next couple of days looking at every Ford dealer in the Chicagoland area. NO OTHER DEALER could touch the price and/or selection of Fair Oaks!!! (Ford Explorer) The other Ford dealer a few miles a way on Ogden wasn't even in the same ballpark with price! Giving me such a good price makes it a no haggle process. Dan even emailed me asking for stick numbers of the cars I was looking for. He emailed back the status and confirmed the prices. When it was time to buy, everything was smooth as silk. I felt like I was in control of the process. If you are looking to buy a car without that ugly "car sales" feel, please try Fair Oaks Ford!!! More

Effective car buying Called them up on a car i was looking at. Had a trade. While i was test driving the car was appraised and got right to the numbers. Craig knew the numbers and did everything very quick. Had a price out the door and monthly payment in less than 20min. Down side of visit was after all was agreed the upselling of warranty and the protector was not needed. Since i had already agreed on a payment i was comfortable with. Would have saved about 20 min. Overall very pleasing. Thanks ford team. More
