He found the exact C-Max version I was looking for in two days, and had it ready for purchase a day after that. Craig would answer my emails and wait for my reply. We feel like we got a fair deal on our purchases. Everyone in the dealership is polite and friendly. They all seem to truly enjoy working there. Serafin was awesome from getting the paperwork started to making sure we knew how everything worked in both vehicles before leaving. Everyone we dealt with was great from Craig with negotiations, Serafin with paperwork and explaining the vehicles, to Robert in Customer Relations and finally John in Financing. I would definitely recommend going to Fair Oaks Ford. More

What really impressed me is the fact they had to drive to Sheboygan, Wisconsin to secure the vehicle in the time line I needed.
