However, we had stopped in at Fair Oaks a few years ago and were impressed with the salesperson at then. This time, we wanted to check out the fusion and evaluate whether a hybrid would be a good choice for us given our typical commutes. The Fair Oaks sales staff is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We did not feel pressured to close a deal. We initially test drove and then returned to compare the hybrid version to gasoline engine. Dan was patient and helpful. When we made a purchase decision, Fair Oaks did not have the exact car on the lot. Dan was able to locate one as well as having it driven to the dealership within our requested timeframe. He kept us informed of the status along the way. Completing the purchase went just as smoothly. All in all, we are happy with the car buying experience and very happy with our new fusion hybrid. More

Great Car Buying Experience I had spent several weeks looking to purchase a new car. It is such a big decision especially since I keep my cars for at least 10 years, that's a lo I had spent several weeks looking to purchase a new car. It is such a big decision especially since I keep my cars for at least 10 years, that's a long time to have a car I may not like, not to mention the expense. I researched domestic and imported cars extensively, I watched You Tube videos on the cars I was interested in. I found the Escape and did research, went to test drive it at Fair Oaks (I researched the dealership also for good reviews). Well, this car is everything I was looking for, and to top it all off, I felt welcomed by my salesperson Craig Holsman along with the Management people John Rancone and Robert Wojtan. I know that making a major purchase shouldn't be considered entertaining, but dare I say it, I HAD FUN! Everyone was so helpful, even down to the wonderful Junior Salesman, Ryan Holsman. Bad situation turned into Great Experience I was in a really bad situation because I had a blown engine in a vehicle that I still had payments on. My finances weren't pretty and I needed a car. I was in a really bad situation because I had a blown engine in a vehicle that I still had payments on. My finances weren't pretty and I needed a car. I inquired online about a used vehicle that the dealership had on the lot. Craig emailed me with information about himself, the dealership and their vehicles. He followed up with a phone call and took his time listening to my car/finance situation and what exactly I needed to get done. He said he would work on it and get back to me. A few hours later I received an email from him with a few different options - vehicles,prices, payments, etc. I asked him to run a few more options and he did. I went into the dealership the next day and worked with Craig and Kevin. They were completely professional and went out of their way to treat me well. They spent time going over my options, helped me pick a model that would work for my needs personally and financially. I picked the vehicle, test drove it and completed the deal within a few hours. What I thought was going to be a huge struggle turned out to be a wonderful car buying experience. I am very happy with the service I received at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. I did not get rushed or pressured into purchasing anything that I did not want or couldn't afford. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and I would recommend anyone in need of a vehicle to call them first! Thank you!! I am so happy with my new Ford Focus! I will definitely be back! More

AMAZING Service! We just finally bought a new car a few days ago. We have been shopping around the past month. The last car we had was totaled in a car accident so we We just finally bought a new car a few days ago. We have been shopping around the past month. The last car we had was totaled in a car accident so we were in a desperate need of a new car. We went to 4 other Ford dealers, 2 Nissan, 2 Toyota, 1 Honda, and 1 Acura dealers. By far, the customer service that we received was top notch from Fair Oaks Ford. Just like everyone else, we shopped around on the internet first. We contacted everyone first by email and then went into each dealership. Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln was the only dealership (out of 8) who gave us all around awesome service. I also want to add that many other dealers treated us with disrespect and didn't even give us a time of day. It also took other dealers more then 30 minutes before I was approached. I even had a salesmen ask if I have enough money to pay for a car like this! This was not the case from Fair Oaks. I still have other dealerships hassling me currently. I was never hassled on the phone or on email. Craig Holsman took the time to answer all my questions either through email or on the phone. Each email I sent, was returned by Craig within minutes. We were pretty specific in what we wanted in our 2015 Limited Explorer. Craig looked high and low for our car. When Craig went on vacation, he had another salesmen, Jeremy Bloom, take care of us. Just like Craig, Jeremy was excellent. Jeremy found the exact car I wanted in a dealership in Wisconsin! He finally, after 1 month of looking, found our dream car! If you are in a market for a new car, I highly recommend going to Fair Oaks and ask for Craig or Jeremy! More
