The salesperson I worked was Pam Hammersmith. and she was awesome to do business with. She had great follow up on my questions and found me the vehicle I was looking for. The evening I picked up my new truck, I dealt with the Customer Relations Manager, Bob Wojtan, to go over warranty info and he was very accommodating to be sure I had answers to all my questions. Both added a personal touch to make buying a new vehicle a great experience. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

He also held the car for me for over a week because I was out of town for work. Upon arrival to the dealership, the car was ready and the purchase transaction took no more than 90 minutes. Very friendly, courteous, and looked out for my best interests. Paul worked closely with me to find my vehicle and found a perfect match after many weeks of searching. I will admit I had A Plan employee pricing, so there was no negotiation involved. Consequently, I never felt pressured or questioned anyone's intent. My case is atypical, but there were plenty of cars on the floor with no hassle prices that seemed very, very competitive. Both Bob and John were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back when future cars will be purchased! More

Found it, drove it, bought it! I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted when I started looking. I browsed the internet and found my perfect car at Fair Oaks Ford. I contacted Craig and we negotiated a price immediately. Craig was not available when I was for the test drive and purchase, so he had me meet with Jeremy. I couldn't be more pleased than to work with Jeremy. What a great guy!! Actually, everyone I worked with at Fair Oaks was wonderful. I went to the dealer on my own and they were very understanding and patient regarding my reluctance for some things. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford and will be back when I choose to buy another Ford product. More

Fair Oaks Ford 6/2/14 I went in to meet with Craig Holsman since he was the one on the internet that said he could help me and to come see him. When I got there, I could s I went in to meet with Craig Holsman since he was the one on the internet that said he could help me and to come see him. When I got there, I could see he was sitting in his office talking on speaker phone to someone. He proceeded to tell the salesman that he was busy and for the salesman to help me. Not even an I will be out in a minute, or who is here to see me. This was the most irritating part of the whole experience, and I almost walked out. He was new there and was having difficulties locating vehicles, but he did everything in his power to find what I wanted to look at. We went out to the lot several times, made phone calls, and used the internet website to locate vehicles. He worked with me on price once I found the vehicle that I wanted and was very extremely friendly. He did tell me that he was going to have to split the sale with Craig since Craig was the one that I talked with. I do not believe this to be fair because all Craig did was confirm that a vehicle was there through an email ( the funny part is that the vehicle was on their other lot, so Craig did not do his research). I never even met Craig the whole time I was there. Thank you to all the other staff at Fair Oaks for being there and for being so friendly. I cant tell you how many times I was offered something to eat or drink. If you are looking to buy a car or truck from them, do not deal with the internet and Craig, just go in!! The salesman are knowledgeable and willing to work with you. More

We went over there on a Sunday to look at it and measure it to make sure it would fit in the garage at home. We didn't want to buy it from them because I had a bad experience there a few years ago.So we contacted Craig Holsman who we worked with in December when my husband bought a 2014 Mustang from him. Craig gave us the numbers up front for the price and he didn't have the truck there but located one in Wisconsin for us. Two days later we picked it up and closed the deal. We worked with Robert Wojtan ,John Roncone, and Serafin Castelan, who were all super friendly to work with. Thanks to everyone for making buying a new vehicle such a good experience! We would recommend Fair Oaks to anyone for a new or used car! 5 stars for them!! More
