Specifically, we were looking at the Ford Edge, fully loaded, and brand new. I don't know if it was dumb luck or what, but we spoke with Serafin about what we wanted in the car, my wife was really looking for a pearlescent white color. Serafin pointed us to a brand new 2013 Ford Edge SEL, fully loaded with 0% financing...seemed like a no brainer, AND while the car is a light silver, my wife thought it looked more white than anything. It's almost as if they knew what we wanted and had it prestocked on the showroom floor just waiting to meet us. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. None of it felt like a sales process at all. After talking to Serafin we spent some time with Bob as well and he made sure that we got all of the features we wanted and we weren't settling for less...we weren't, he really seemed to care that we were happy with our experience. Will always come back to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln for our vehicles. They're great! And Ford is making some AMAZING vehicles nowadays. We are very happy! More
