Craig was very responsive, eager to work with us and gave great suggestions to ensure we could get the vehicle we wanted within our budget. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us every feature of the car and was happy to answer our questions both before and after we drove off the lot. The delivery of the car was quick and efficient. The paperwork was organized well and moved through quickly without sacrificing explaining each format. Bob was very helpful in explaining options available to best protect the car to help us in the future. Every person we talked with was friendly and really seemed sincerely willing to help. The dealership itself was clean and modern, despite some of the construction going on. We will be happy to return interest future! More

I bought a previous new Ford vehicle from Craig Holsman in 2007 and returned for another new 2013 Ford product this month. Craig is a very friendly, professional, dedicated and tireless salesman who went out of his way to find the Ford F-150 truck that me and my wife were looking for and at a price that was very competitive. The buying experience from pre-sale to delivery was efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It was a joy to deal with Craig, Bob Wojtan and Serafin Castelan and I look forward to continuing that relationship in the future. Incidentally, my 2007 Ford Explorer was always serviced and maintained at Fair Oaks with my complete satisfaction and I intend doing the same with my new F-150. More

When the dealership called me on Thursday night to tell me my new car had arrived, they said I could get a loaner car while my car received the protection package "The Protector" before I drove it off the me my new car had arrived, they said I could get a loaner car while my car received the protection package "The Protector" before I drove it off the lot. Suggested I come in the next day (Friday) after 1:00 because Bob wouldn't be in until then. I came in at the appointed time, but Bob said I couldn't get a rental car because it would be "over a weekend." Bad customer service for a dealership to start breaking promises even before I have driven my new car! I should have waited to come in on Monday to do the paperwork! More

All of the employees with whom we had contact were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the process was not unnecessarily/overly lengthy. I went into the dealership to "look" as I received a letter with an offer on my 2005 Taurus. Well I walked out with a brand new 2013 Ford Focus and am very happy with my purchase! Clint was very helpful to me as I wanted to stay in a certain monthly payment and between him and the financing help I received I was able to get exactly what I wanted and more! More

Steve was so patient with my family. We waffled back and forth as to what we were going to buy. But, ultimately, he found the perfect car for my daughter - exactly what she was looking for. One week later forth as to what we were going to buy. But, ultimately, he found the perfect car for my daughter - exactly what she was looking for. One week later I came back and bought a new Edge. He has followed up with both she and I several times. His professionalism paired with his friendliness made our choice as to whom to buy from very easy. He is knowledgeable, and as I first mentioned patient. My husband will also be in the market very shortly and will only use Steve. Today, I gave his name to someone at work. It has been a joy working will all the people at Fair Oaks. I should mention that Bob was very accommodating as to scheduling the after purchase undercoating we are having applied. All in all this was a 100% satisfied experience! More
