He sat in the car with me and made sure I understood all the new features I was unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new Ford or Lincoln. The only thing I would change is the length of time I had to spend with the customer service guy and the finance guy. I understand that it is their job to try to sell me additional protection and maintenance for the car but it was a lot of time spent for something I wasn't interested in. Other than that, I would go back again and recommend Fair Oaks and especially Bobby Deanda. More

We are familiar with Fair Oaks Ford because it is where we have our 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid serviced. Our experiences with the service department have always been great, so when we thought about trading up we have our 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid serviced. Our experiences with the service department have always been great, so when we thought about trading up to the 2013 model, we stopped by on a whim and were met by Paul. He understood we really were just looking and, though we had an idea of what we wanted, was happy to show the new Escape off to us and seemed to be having fun. At no time did he pressure us or even talk money. We were curious and he took the time to answer questions and give us as much information as possible. He gave us his card when we left and said he hoped to see us soon. We spent the next two weeks researching the car and deciding what we really wanted and I think Paul was surprised to see us when we finally showed back up at the dealership. Even though he was juggling several customers, he greeted us with great warmth, remembered what we wanted and happily showed us some other options. At no time did he try to upsell or talk us into more expense, which I really appreciated. Once we'd decided, he sheparded us through the process and made it as painless as possible. Though my husband and I had agreed beforehand that we weren't going to buy expensive protection packages, Bob was great in going through the process and explaining why we might need to consider such a thing. He was patient and forthcoming and -- like Paul -- was friendly and made us feel we could trust him. The entire carbuying process was simple and clear and as quick as it could be. We are thrilled with our new car and would not hesitate to buy another car through Fair Oaks Ford. More
