The best car buying experience I have ever had. I left feeling very fortunate to have worked with them on the purchase of my car. I would never purchase a car from anyone other than these gentleman. It was a great car buying experience from the first greeting through the final handshake. Serafin Castelan and John Krajnovich worked hard to find the vehicle we wanted and worked out a great deal. We really liked the dealership. The staff was friendly, upfront, and fair. They were not pushy and listened to what we wanted. They were able to work with us and give us the best price for our Edge. We went to Fair Oaks to get a second car for the family. At the shop entrance, we were met by Steve and took the time to show us what they have at the store. Hello - from the time we walked in the door, and met Steve, the customer service was great. Steve is very personable and we really felt that he very interested in what our needs were in buying a new ca Steve, the customer service was great. Steve is very personable and we really felt that he very interested in what our needs were in buying a new car. We test drove a few cars and really liked/decided on the Edge. Steve explained the features that customers he's worked with really like about the car. Also, liked knowing that your dealership has saleried salesman (as opposed to commissioned). Think it makes all the difference in how the customer feels in buying a car from your dealership. The dealership was very busy on Saturday, and Steve used the time wisely to teach us the basics of the car/sync my phone, etc - while we were waiting to see the Finance Manager. Doug was very friendly and the process was very organized. Likewise,Robert explained various aspects thouroughly. Overall great experience! Thanks More

I came to the dealership to look at a 2012 F150. The salesman I dealt with was Sarafin he was friendly and answered all of my questions.
