As soon as the vehicle was delivered, he promptly notified us, and I was able to come in the very next morning. The entire process — from seeing and test-driving the Tahoe to appraising my trade-in and completing all the paperwork — took just about two hours. It was an easy, smooth, and efficient experience. I also really enjoyed the conversations I had with Robert and also with Johnny Low from the finance team.
