My second time coming back to Miguel, and I will keep coming back because above anything else, I trust him to help me make the right decision for me, versus the right decision for him, like a lot of car coming back because above anything else, I trust him to help me make the right decision for me, versus the right decision for him, like a lot of car salesman do. I had poor credit when I came in 2 years ago, and because I was particular about the vehicle I wanted, I didn't listen to Miguel's recommendation, and I was now with a 19% interest rate, and after an accident and doubling my mileage (putting on 45k in just a year and a half), I'm now $15k upside down a year and a half into my loan. I'm sitting just under 100k miles, and needed to dump the vehicle before depreciating even more, but being upside down by that much was a concern. HUGE Thanks to Miguel Ortiz & Ricky Diaz at Ziegler Honda! They worked their magic once again, and rolled over $15k from my previous loan on a Mazda Cx-5, to a beautiful Tesla Y Model! Miguel stayed there fairly late after close with me, making sure I understood settings and found a charger on my route, for my 2+ hour drive home. I said it after the first time, and I still stand by it, Miguel will be the only person I go to for my vehicle purchases going forward! Thanks guys.
