Do not buy any car from Robert Woods, he is a liar and will ignore your phone calls if you call up the dealership. I just bought a “Honda certified” 2020 Civic sport and they told me because I got the certification that I couldn’t leave the dealer with the car that day and had to wait the next day for the dealer to drive to house, pretty cool right? That’s what I thought until the tpms light went on the first time I drove the car. When I got home to check all the tires were filled up to 66psi and one of my tires was flat. I called Robert Woods 6 times before finally calling the dealership and having a secretary carry the phone over to him. Told me it was strange because they had the “master” tech serviced the vehicle and lied to me about there being “brand new” winter tires on the car only to find out they were Z rated tires. Dealership has offered to replace the tire but will void out my Honda certification. More
